Davidson County Probate Court Clerk: Access probate dockets, local court rules, e-filing portals, forms, and conservatorship guidelines for Metro Nashville/Davidson County.
Davidson County Register of Deeds: Enroll in the free Property Fraud Alert system.
Davidson County Trustee: Verify current property tax balances and tax relief status during estate administration or trust funding.
2. Williamson County (Brentwood & Franklin) Local Resources
Williamson County Chancery Court (Probate Division): Review probate procedures, local filing schedules, and Clerk & Master contact details for estates administered in Franklin and Brentwood.

Tennessee Division of Tenncare: The official online portal for TennCare, Tennessee's Medicaid program, providing information, applications, policies, and resources for members, applicants, providers, and those seeking long-term services and support.
Tennessee State Treasury – Unclaimed Property Division: Search portal for executors, trustees, and heirs to locate forgotten bank accounts, utility deposits, uncashed dividend checks, or safe deposit box contents owed to a deceased family member.
