Clarity After Loss

When a recently widowed client came to our firm, her husband’s estate was settled, but her children's future was top of mind. She wanted a plan, but not a complex, rigid trust. Being young and healthy, she needed something that could grow with her.

We stripped away the legalese and crafted a streamlined Simple Will Package, with Powers of Attorney and an Advance Medical Care Directive. She discussed the roles and responsibilities with her children and decided on who would do what.
